Traditional Thai massage has been described as the most relaxing and the most energising form of massage. The therapist use their hands, elbows, knees and feet to apply the appropriate pressure, as well as gentle stretching positions. All tension will be released from the body using a combination of gentle and rhythmic yoga stretches, acupressure and muscle compression.
