Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
We understand that unexpected events happen. To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for our therapists’ time, the following policies apply:
Cancellations
3 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or last-minute rescheduling prevent us from filling your slot. In these cases, the full session fee will apply, and future appointments may be withheld until payment is settled.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened session if another client’s appointment follows.
Regardless of the actual treatment length, the full session fee will still apply. We will, however, do our best to maximise your treatment time.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies, illness, or unsafe travel conditions can occur. If you are unwell (fever, recent hospitalization, vomiting, diarrhea within 24 hours), your child is ill, or weather conditions make travel unsafe, please call to reschedule. No charges will apply for these cancellations.
Gift Voucher Terms & Disclaimer
Validity & Expiry: Gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of issue. Every effort will be made to honour vouchers while the business remains open and trading. If the business closes or relocates, vouchers may no longer be redeemable.
Non-Refundable: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part.
Cancellations: Appointments booked using a voucher may be voided or fully charged if cancelled without sufficient notice (typically 3 hours in advance).
Lost or Stolen: Vouchers are treated like cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
Late Arrival: Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment, but the full value of the service will still be deducted from the voucher.
No-Shows & Last-Minute Cancellations: These will result in the loss of the voucher.
Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing or using a gift voucher from Blanchardstown Thai Massage, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
