We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients and out of consideration for therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:✔️ 3 hours advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
✔️ Please keep in mind that “no-shows”, late cancellations, late rescheduling, and late arrivals leave our therapists with empty appointment times. We may have had to turn away other clients that wanted that time slot. They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.
✔️ Late ArrivalsI do everything possible to ensure you have an amazing treatment to your full appointment time. However, if you are late and I have another appointment booked, I may only be able to treat you until the end of your scheduled time. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session, however we will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.
🎗We also understand emergencies and illnesses do occur. If you have a fever, have been in the hospital, have been vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or it begins a couple of hours prior to your scheduled session, or your children are ill and need you at home, please cancel. Equally, if there is bad weather, please do not drive or walk in it if you do not have to. Feel free to call and reschedule your appointment. There will be no charge for these types of cancellations.
