Salon Policies

Appointments

• Advanced booking is recommended to secure your preferred day and time.

• Last appointments are scheduled one hour before closing.

• Please arrive on time. Due to our tight schedule, sessions cannot be extended beyond their booked time.

• Kindly provide ample notice for cancellations so we can offer the time slot to other clients.

Loss or Damage

• For your comfort and safety, we recommend removing jewellery during treatments.

• We are not responsible for the loss of money or valuables brought onto the premises.

Professional Conduct & Inappropriate Behaviour

All treatments are entirely therapeutic and non-sexual. We expect clients to respect our therapists at all times. Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the session, full payment for booked time, and notification of a supervisor. Serious threats or physical misconduct will be reported to the local Garda station.

Examples of inappropriate behaviour include:

1. Sexual jokes, suggestions, or requests, including “happy endings.”

2. Requests to be undraped or exposed beyond standard massage coverage.

3. Attempting to touch the therapist inappropriately.
